Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage our night shift operations for facilities located in the USA, working remotely from our back-office operations center. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong remote operational management capabilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage overnight operations for USA-based facilities.
- Liaise with service providers for maintenance and operational needs.
- Respond to operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain logs of night shift activities and generate end-of-shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
