Job Description
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking Customer Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions to drive sales and enhance their satisfaction. We’re looking for both Male and Female candidates for our in-house campaign.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will reach out to potential customers through phone calls, present our products and services, and effectively close sales. We’re hiring for the Night Shift (International Campaign only).
Qualifications include:
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Salary ranges from Rs30,00 to Rs60,00 per month, with attractive bonus plans up to 1 Million.
