Job Description
Location: Bungalow #C7, Block 4, near Disco Bakery, beside Horizon School, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Salary: Basic + Commission + Target Bonus
Shift: Night (10 PM – 7 AM)
Days: Monday to Saturday
Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on Upwork projects
- Write tailored proposals
- Build client relationships
- Negotiate contracts

Requirements:
- Experience in Upwork or sales
