Job Description
Nestlé seeks an Operations Team Leader – Distribution Center in Kabirwala (Supply Chain) to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse operations. You will manage Factory DC activities and 3PL partners, oversee receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, drive inventory and issuance accuracy, monitor KPIs (service, cost, productivity), and enforce safety, QA, and Nestlé compliance. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, manage 3PL contracts and invoices, support continuous improvement using Lean/DMAIC, optimize layout, capacity, and resource utilization, and maintain MHE and security. Requirements: minimum 2 years in warehouse/transport/physical logistics, experience managing 3PLs, and a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business.
