Job Description
Join Pentagon Food Group Ltd as we expand our Tele-sales department! We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives / Telesales Officers for our on-site location in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Proficiency in spoken English
- Prior call center experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of sales strategies
- Experience in churn management
Competitive salary: PKR 55,00 – 60,00/month, plus benefits.
