Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Phone Banking Officer to join our team at PrimeHR. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and assisting with account-related issues. You may also assist with light technical support and perform sales duties by conducting pitches to promote our company’s offerings to potential customers.

Qualifications: Graduation with a degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com).
