Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our brand at Shafaq n Kami Salon. In this role, you will ensure a great experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and address customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell salon services.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- 2+ years of tele-sales or call center experience preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with a solution-focused mindset.
