Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide introductory information to customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products. You will manage complaints, follow up via phone or email, and inform customers about additional beneficial products.
Responsibilities include addressing questions efficiently, escalating issues, troubleshooting common problems, and collaborating with the team for solutions.
Job Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
Location: Jauhar Block 15
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 35,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month.
