Job Description
Smart Connect Communications, a leading UK-based taxi service provider, is looking for dynamic English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, manage bookings, and dispatch rides promptly. Communicate with customers via live chat and email.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of call center experience, fluent in English, and a customer-oriented attitude. Candidates must be willing to work rotational shifts.
Compensation: Salary ranges from PKR 60,00 to 85,00 per month, plus bonuses.
