In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and document interactions. Ideal candidates should have customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications include proficiency in computer literacy, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, and a preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
