Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, part of The Lakson Group of Companies, is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our internal databases by updating employee information, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will post job ads, prepare HR-related reports, and address employee inquiries. Your role will include reviewing and distributing company policies in both digital and hard copy format. You will also participate in organizing company events and career days.
