Job Description
Symbiosis Technologies is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to support daily HR activities. This role involves coordinating HR policies, processes, and related documentation while acting as a liaison between the HR Manager and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and letters
- Manage payroll
- Oversee recruitment
- Facilitate new employee orientation
- Execute employee status changes efficiently
- Assist in training and organizational development
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of core HR experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (36 months)
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
