The Skin Xperts is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and generate sales via WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, an intermediate or graduate education, and fluency in Urdu along with mid-level English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Confirm orders and provide status updates.
- Generate sales and promote products.
Requirements:
