Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Junior Associate to join our team at TheHassol. This full-time position will support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment efforts, conducting employee onboarding, and preparing HR documents. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 1-3 years of HR experience, and excellent communication skills.
Pay ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month. In-person work is required.
