Job Description
TMG Ventures is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager for our Miniso Retail location in Karachi. As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include managing staffing and inventory, recruiting and training a skilled retail team, and implementing company policies for operational excellence. You will also analyze sales data to develop effective strategies and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
