Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is looking for a skilled and creative Performance Marketing Specialist. You will manage and scale our ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok Ads, focused on performance and data to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads.
- Create engaging ad creatives and copy.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Report metrics and scale successful campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience with Google, Meta, or TikTok ads.
- Understanding of key marketing metrics.
- Creative mindset with a testing approach.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or fashion is a plus.
