Job Description
UMER AND SONS is seeking a dedicated Billing Officer for Facility Management. In this role, you will manage the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly. Key responsibilities include generating invoices, entering billing data into our system, processing client refunds, and preparing quotations based on approved rates.
The ideal candidate will hold a B.Com or equivalent degree, possess a diploma in MS Office, and have at least 3 years of experience in Facility Management. Strong skills in MS Excel, including dashboard macros and conditional formatting, are essential.
