Job Description
Value Green View is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures while overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, promoting a positive workplace culture, and managing payroll, benefits, and training programs. This part-time position offers a pay range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, requiring 25 – 30 hours per week. The work location is remote, with opportunities to collaborate with our team in DHA Lahore, Pakistan.
