Job Description
Join ZPayso as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Intern, becoming the first point of contact for our customers. This paid internship is designed for fresh graduates or those without prior experience, leading to a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide information on ZPayso’s services.
- Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues.
- Document customer interactions.
- Participate in skill enhancement training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- No experience necessary; fresh graduates encouraged.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
