Job Description
We are seeking candidates for the STR project who are flexible with rotational shifts and possess a sharp, quick-thinking mindset suited to a fast-paced support environment.
Job Duties include:
- Delivering high-quality support via chat, email, and phone
- Assisting guests with administrative and account-related queries
- Ensuring prompt, clear, and accurate communication to resolve guest concerns efficiently
Compensation: Rs. 75,00 to Rs. 80,00 per month, with benefits including yearly increments, paid leaves, fuel allowance, and a collaborative atmosphere.
